Unequaled Experience, Powerful Analysis

Construction defects can present a significant, undue, and injurious burden for community associations transitioning from developer to homeowner control.

On their own, or coupled with the industry's best reserve analysis, Superior Reserve Engineering & Consulting has unique qualifications to provide expert Transition Studies and construction defect analysis.  Partner Justin J. Maier, a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), will provide your association and/or your legal counsel with the most informed, well supported identification and documentation of defect issues as well as precise calculations of cost-to-remedy.  Our Transition Studies provide powerful leverage to obtain the best outcomes for your association and fulfill your fiduciary obligation to your unit owners.

Whether negotiating warranty work with a developer, or preparing for litigation, a Superior Transition Study will put you in the strongest position to obtain remedy for construction defect issues or appropriate compensation for them.

While our goal is to provide you or your legal counsel a powerful document that will help you avoid litigation, we have experience as expert witnesses if your situation cannot be resolved without a trial.
